My name is Liv and I created my blog What Liv Likes to showcase all the various recipes I’ve created to follow a whole foods plant based diet. My recipes are healthy, vegan, and almost always low fat and no oil while also being easy to follow and delicious! I try to stay away from unnecessary oils and overly processed food because I believe everyone would feel better if they ate a clean diet. I love to cook (obviously) and I also enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our 2 cats, reading and keeping active.
